Only 7 minutes from I-205 is the Christmas Tree Capital of the World! We are located in the Springwater/Oregon City area, just a few miles outside of Carver.
From Carver Bridge head south via Springwater Road. Just beyond the very sharp right tun corner go Left/East onto Bakers Ferry Road. Follow the signs to 19723 and enter our main parking lot on the left side of the road.

Our historic farm was established in 1890 by the W.P. Kirchem family on 110 acres along the shore of Oregon’s beautiful scenic Clackamas River and along part of the Oregon Trail.

Don’t miss our free exciting tractor hay wagon weekend rides – weather permitting! We are located about 8 miles East of I-205 Exit 12 Clackamas/Estacada 212/224, or about 7 miles from Exit 10 via Clackamas River Drive,  or about 2 miles East of Carver.

From I-205 Northbound or Southbound: take Exit 12 A or B East toward Mt. Hood / Estacada. This will be Hwy 212 / 224. Drive approximately 3 miles. Follow signs to Carver/McIver Park. Turn right on to Hwy 224. Continue 1 mile to Carver and cross the Carver Bridge. This will be a another right just past Shelly’s Echo Inn and will take you across the beautiful Clackamas River. Turn left onto Springwater Road. No stop is required.

From this point, follow Springwater Road approximately 1.4 miles to Bakers Ferry Road. You will see a 15 MPH sign and a hard right curve. Bakers Ferry Road is the road immediately after the curve on the left. Follow signs to the farm, which is about 1/2 mile. You will see the Kirchem Farm sign on your right and a large parking lot on the left.
